Model Citizens di KLPAC.

Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera.

Selamat tengah hari. Kamu apa khabar? Harap-harap semua OK lah.

Saya baru sampai rumah. Perkara pertama yang limpas dalam fikiran saya bila saya masuk dalam rumah ialah update blog. Hehe~ Semalam busy. Tia sempat buka blog pun. Sekarang ni barulah dapat buka laptop. Syukur.

Semalam (22/01/2011) saya pigi KLPAC. Kamu tau kah KLPAC tu apa? Confirm lah semua tau kan. Bagi yang tia tau, KLPAC tu ialah Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre. Disana, kita boleh tengok macam-macam persembahan seni sperti teater, teater muzikal, nyanyian dan sebagainya. Tempat ni kira macam rumah lah bagi orang-orang / penggiat-penggiat seni.

KLPAC memang cantik. Pemandangan di area tempat ni memang amazing lah. From what I've been told, the place used to be a warehouse before it was turned to what it is now. Betul kah? I'm not really sure. Kalau mau tau lebih lanjut, buka [LINK] ni and bacalah sendiri.

Again, KLPAC memang cantik. Kalau mau buat photoshoot, memang sangat sangat sangat sesuai lah tempat tu. Unfortunately, it is forbidden to take photos there. Kenapa? Saya pun tia tau. Sebagai pengunjung tempat tu, saya rasa memang sangat sangat rugi lah kalau tia ambil gambar. Tapi walaupun forbidden, we did it anyways. Haha~ Taking pics is a must so that we can prove we've been to that place.

So, these are the illegal photos that we've illegally taken.

See. I told you the scenery is amazing. Memang sangat sesuai untuk buat photoshoot. Setuju? Hehe~

OK, enough about the photoshoot thingy. Kami pigi KLPAC off course lah sebab mau tengok teater kan. Tajuk teater tu ialah Model Citizens. It was written by an award-winning playwright, Haresh Sharma and directed by Alvin Tan. The casts are Goh Guat Kian, Karen Tan and Siti Khalijah Zainal. Actually, the purpose of this whole watching-the-theater thingy is entirely academic. It's part of TSL621 (Asian Literature) activities organized by our dearest lecturer, Madam Rosalyn. I hope I spelled her name right. I'm not quite sure actually. Anyway, thank you so much Madam.

Dipendekkan cerita, Model Citizens sangat best. It talks / focuses / highlights on the dilemmas faced by three women. All I can say is, this theater was superbly brilliant. It gets people to think of who they really are and how they are perceived by other people. If you'd like to know more, you can read the review made by my talented friend, Ashley, in her blog. [CLICK] here. If only I can write good review like her. Huhu~

Theater tu start pukul 3 petang. Kami datang awal. Excited mau tengok. Haha~ Sementara menunggu, kami pun beraksi lah di depan kamera, as usual.

Arts for all! Yeay!

Wanita-wanita di belakang perasan dorang tu Wonder Girls. Haha~

Tengoklah budak perempuan yang paling kiri tu. Ketawa tia ingat dunia. She's my best-friend, Fara.

Comel kah? Haha~

Upon arrival.

Happy faces. Semua excited.

Me and my best-friend.

Kenapa saya comot?

A Japanese supermodel spotted! Haha~ Her name is Ejit.

Kami balik dulu.

My best-friends forever. We had a blast! Thank you KLPAC.

Kesimpulannya, theater tu memang best! Suatu hari nanti, saya akan jadi orang kuat dalam bidang seni. Mudah-mudahan. Teringin mau datang sini lagi untuk buat photoshoot. Hehe~

Thanks so much to Madam Rosalyn for giving us the opportunity to watch such an amazing show. Looking forward to go there again.

I had a blast!

P/S: Photos are taken from Dewi's Facebook album.
